I am not a customer but the neighbor of one. I’ve worked hard on my front yard to have it fall cleaned up and just finished my yard November 15th. They came November 16th and cleaned the neighbors yard. In doing so they blew leaves and grass debris without regard. Yes the wind was blowing in the direction of my house but that is still their responsibility of a business. Just finished a 3 year contract for our Association with them. Problems after problems. Poor quality work. Poor customer service. Calls left not returned for days. I've worked with a few services and would never work with Wild again. I can't stress enough about the poor customer service.
We have Wild Outdoor Services for our townhouse complex and we have had no complaints about them. They are the best lawncare/snow removal service that we have ever had in the 20 years I have lived there. I recommend them to anyone that wants reliable, reasonable and excellent work for their home or business.
