I really enjoyed the class I took at Wild Ones. Chelsea is an excellent teacher, and is very welcoming and supportive of all levels of students. One thing that really made a difference for me is a breath visualization technique she taught us. It has helped my focus significantly, and has made meditation a welcomed pleasure! Thanks, Wild Ones!!
