I have endured some issues in my life that are a bit beyond "run-of-the-mill." One of those was a traumatic brain injury(TBI) in 1995, which, in addition to being an added trauma, has hindered my ability to cope with any and all problems in my life and saddled me with severe depression and anxiety to boot. I had been searching for a therapist for years and was always so anxious to finally make the appointment.
