I really love the owner—she’s wonderful and always does a great job! Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing due to one of the staff members. She removed my powder dip using another nail, which was extremely painful and not a method I’ve ever seen used before with dip nails. On top of that the two times she did my nails I wanted powder dip and never ended up happening. Instead she dipped it in plain clear acrylic powder and painted them with no chip.
