best pizza youll find in salt lake – we moved here from another state and looked all over for a pizza place that makes a decent pie with fresh ingredients. well wild mushroom is about the best if you have ever seen canned veggies you know these r fresh. also they are actuaally friendly here which is very hard to find in this place. so i say until a round table pizza shows up in salt lake. go with wild mushroom
i don't know their secret, but I'm hooked! – wild mushroom pizza has by far the most delicious pizza in salt lake. a wide variety of toppings from complicated to simple the flavor always delivers. other pizza in salt lake isn't bad, in fact there are many pizza shops in town that have wonderful pizza, it's just that wild mushroom is better. try it.
Not worth the money. – I, like others, came here because of the reviews. I ordered a half peperoni, half hawaiian. When I got home, it looked like one of those plastic pizzas they make for a little girl's play kitchen, rubbery. Undaunted, I bit in, and suprisingly, it was THE worst pizza I had ever had. Even my 8 year old who loves pizza, couldn't eat more than 1 slice. slow, poor service dirty – The service and food was terrible. The appetizer came out after the pizza and we had to ask for plates. No condiments for the pizza (red pepper,cheese). The cook went out and smoked a cigarette and then came back into kitchen and cooked without washing his hands. Wings and Pizza were terrible.
The best so far – The pizza selection is the best so far, very tasty and the ingredients are fresh, the service is excellent, we had a couple of "pizza parties" at work and now everyone is hooked.
Don't be fooled – I went to to Wild Mushroom primarily off the reviews of this site and man was I disappointed. Don't go expecting lots of fresh and varied veggies becasue what I got was straight from a can, and the crust is nothing to write home about. In fact I could do just a good of a job in my own oven. It was soggy, and rubbery. Utah continues to have some of the worst pizza I have ever had.
great pizza place, and they use real cheese – After trying the pie, and wasatch pizza by the recomendation by Utah masses, I felt like kicking myself for trusting the type of people who grow up on funeral potatoes and call anything Italian EYETALIAN.
