Trisha’s complete lack of professionalism should make you think opposite of using her for any service. As a business owner, your word is your worth, and to be told in both a text message and voicemail that you would issue a refund and to willingly not follow through on that is a slimy business practice. I recently visited this salon with my two children, and I am extremely disappointed with the service, as Trisha was recommended. Trisha managed to cut and dry my hair in 20 minutes and both of my children’s hair in another 20 minutes, totaling only 40 minutes for $200 worth of services. Not only did this feel rushed, but my daughter’s haircut was noticeably uneven, and I had to fix it myself at home. She attempted face framing layers and I can’t even describe what she gave her.
