Absolutely awful bedside manner, not only did Dr. Wild completely brush off my mother’s concerns about her changing eyesight but proceeded to belittle her and her current medical condition. Stating that it is “her responsibility to control what she eats and is not the doctor’s responsibility to control her sugars”. Mind you, the doctor didn’t even glance at her chart when he walked in and continued to look at my mother as if she were crazy because he didn’t know what was causing her blurry vision in the morning. Dr wild is really very friendly and super nice. He has been caring for me for the last 20 years. Today 3/13/2023 at 3:15 when I called to schedule, a lady was very rude to me and she said that this year Dr wild doesn’t take any patients in the afternoon and I HAVE to take AM appointment. When I asked her name, she put the phone down. Later when I called someone else did schedule me for afternoon. one of the lady there picking the phone calls is playing dirty and Dr wild needs to know this.
