Had to order 300 carnations for an event. Amber worked with her supplier to get us exactly what we needed, at a super busy time of the year. So grateful and so pleased that going local paid off. 10/10 recommend!
I had accidentally phoned this business thinking it was in Gananoque. I then had to call back and they were very understanding and still delivered it to the hotel room. Not only this but the delivery driver customized the room for us before we got there. They went way above and beyond. I gave a review in place of a tip as when I paid over the phone they could not accept it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also so fantastic.
My partner and I were in this shop last week just picking up a couple of things. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber who was SO kind and helpful. We were from out of town so we also needed directions and she took time to give us thorough step by step on how to get there. She was so helpful and I was very happy that my partner and I decided to stop into the store. Thank you Amber!

I am totally obsessed with this shop! I've been a fan since I stumbled in about 4 or 5 years ago and when I lived in Brockville probably visited every other day just for the intoxicating smell of the happy plants in store. The staff are so knowledgeable (which was great for me when I was brand new to houseplants), fun & kind and will help you get exactly what you need and learn how to care for them.
