I left a voicemail which was not returned. I also reached out via email 1 week later and again a week after that asking for confirmation of delivery and neither was replied to. Excellent service and beautiful product
Had to order 300 carnations for an event. Amber worked with her supplier to get us exactly what we needed, at a super busy time of the year. So grateful and so pleased that going local paid off. 10/10 recommend!
I had accidentally phoned this business thinking it was in Gananoque. I then had to call back and they were very understanding and still delivered it to the hotel room. Not only this but the delivery driver customized the room for us before we got there. They went way above and beyond. I gave a review in place of a tip as when I paid over the phone they could not accept it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also so fantastic.
