I never received a call vack or even a text back. I even followed up and was ghosted. If you can't do the style I want, just say so. No need to leave me hanging. I do not appreciate the lack of customer service. This is a farcry from how Wild Ivy used to be and it's incredibly disappointing.
Absolutely love this place
Absolutely so happy that Jade was able to take myself and my daughter on as clients! Her abilities are nothing short of incredible!!!! Her highlight and low lights are sheer perfection and she even thinks ahead for the future on what your end goal is so she can use the colors/toners etc that will get you to your goals quicker and easier! We will be clients for life!
I'm torn about leaving a bad review because I've been going to wild ivy for years, even before they switched locations and I think the girls are super sweet and good at what they do. I just can't continue going. Everytime I book, it never fails that either the day before or the day of I am either asked to change my appointment time or they cancel on me.
