I booked an appointment by mistake an hour earlier than I could actually make it. I called within 20 minutes of scheduling to reschedule, but was told I would still be charged the full price of the service. I understand businesses need policies, but it feels unreasonable not to allow a simple same-day adjustment when I called right away. Very disappointing customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Wild Ivy today, specifically with the manager, Brittney. The blatant disrespect, lack of customer service, and politically incorrect comments made during my interaction have left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere after many years of loyal patronage.
