Discovered Fabio, love the new hair so much! Great little salon located near Balboa Park. Staff are very professional and friendly. I look forward to many years of getting great looks here.
This place used to be great but new ownership/management changed everything. All of the old stylists left, and they can’t keep any new stylists there—there’s almost always a new one so it’s impossible to stick with one you like. Some of the new stylists seem extremely inexperienced technically and have horrible demeanor. They also make you pay a deposit for appointments now, which would be fine if they promptly refunded them without you having to call multiple times—but they don’t.
