Kailey always takes the time to listen to what type of cut and style I’m looking for. She offers styling techniques for my pain in the butt curls.
U do a really good job at cutting hair and asking how u want the hair done.
I’ve seen Kailey twice before my latest appointment and both times she did a great job with the color and cut however, this third time I saw her for a cut, I asked for a lob similar to the previous haircut but instead she butchered my hair so badly that it looks as if my three year old son cut my hair. I am extremely disappointed given that I put all my trust in her especially considering it was not my first time at her salon. Very very disappointed.
