Stay away from this builder. Take my word for this. If you notice 2 out of the 4 people have the last name Willd. I think one of them is his son. I have 100 pictures of the shoddy work that this man has caused on the custom home that I build with him. He is not coming back to fix anything, because I just received an email that he has suspended all construction including warranty homes like mine.
