Had my Sons elk done into a few different things and everything that we had done has tasted amazing. We have used him a few different times and turn around to have things done has been done in great time will definitely be recommending him to others .

Summer sausage was dry and the vacuum packaging of it seemed rushed since they didn’t clean the wrapping outside the meat. Could improve presentation.

Dropped off a bear for summer sausage and pepperoni stick. He got my order done quickly and everything I had him make was delicious though i highly recommended the sweet and spicy, I will be bringing everything I get in the future to him.
