Amazing salon with the best vibes! The entire team is so sweet, but I especially have to shout out my hairstylist, Shana. She is an absolute pro when it comes to lived-in, dimensional balayage—every time I leave, my hair looks incredible. I've visited this salon several times. Overall I have had positive experiences, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. The stylist struggled to color my hair correctly, resulting in an unwanted orange tone despite the $300 price tag. Sadly, my previous stylist, who understood my hair needs is no longer there. The attention is great (they are all sweet girls). However, don't assure to the customers the final work looks right when it really doesn't. Transparency builds trust and ensures customer satisfaction.
