I’ve bought from here in the past multiple times to support the local business. Turns out that the prices for parts here are outrageous! I didn’t even shop on Amazon first because I wanted to support the local business (or so I thought). I would be willing to pay 10%-20% more to buy local. Turns out their price was 100% higher than online. And apparently I missed their “no returns or exchanges” policy. This place is the best! Customer service is impeccable! Their Mechanic is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. They sales man wasn’t your typical sale associate. He worked his hardest to get me the best deals. Their head of assemblies was a stand up guy. The machine I got is tight, not a loose bolt or out of place plastic on this machine! Highly recommend! I will return in the future and get my services repairs there every time. Customer Service is outstanding!
I’ve frequented Wild Dave’s for 4 years. I was glad to find a gravely dealer close by when I moved to the area. They have always been helpful and courteous . Today I went in to get a belt for my older gravely. Mike took the time to print out the belt diagram, unprompted I might add, it made doing the job so much easier! What a great company!
