I placed an order with a florist that ended up being outside the delivery area, that florist forwarded my order to Wild By Nature. I paid +$150 for the arrangement. I totally understand that substitutions are expected, but there were only a handful of flowers with majority of the bouquet being filler greenery. There isn’t even a ribbon tied around the vase. What I ordered versus what was delivered are not even closely related in quality or in appearance. I’m so embarrassed that this was delivered as a gift from me
Such a gem of a florist shop! Beautifully decorated for the season throughout the year, always fun to browse when they are making my arrangement. So convenient across the street from Dosher hospital several times I have stopped in to have a bedside vase arrangement made before I go visit a friend in the hospital. Wild by Nature did our wedding florals and we were so happy. We wanted a wildflower, slightly offbeat (“weird” in the best way) floral vibe, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Every arrangement—from bouquets and bud vases to the ceremony and mantle pieces—felt natural, creative, and beautifully cohesive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for florals that feel unique and not cookie-cutter.
I met with Ruby about doing flowers for my wedding. It took eight weeks and at least four phone calls for me to get her proposal to me. When I asked for my deposit back due to the lack of faith I had because of the response time that I was given, they wouldn’t do that. So I am out money and will not give them my business and of course, with that comes me having to rush and find somebody else to do the flowers for my wedding. Just overall terrible customer service.
I ordered an arrangement to celebrate a birthday. Wild By Nature created something beautiful and special. Highly recommend them for any occasion!
