The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, and several flowers that were supposed to be included in the arrangement were missing entirely. As this was purchased as a gift, I was extremely disappointed with the overall presentation and quality. I also found the $30 delivery fee excessive given the experience. Unfortunately, based on this order, I will not be purchasing from here again or recommending the company to others.

Flowers were delivered fine, but unfortunately not what I asked for. Ordered sunflowers due to my friend having cats, lillies were delivered. Unfortunately the florist called me and I missed it due to being a shift worker. If you have allergies I would recommend being VERY specific in the order notes, I wish I didnt have to worry about what the replacement would be when placing my order. No sort of compensation offered either... Thanks I guess.
