Every time I come to take Five it is always so clean! The employees are always up and moving around working. They’re eager to help and even help disabled individuals detail their car if needed. That’s above and beyond. The Employees, Shelby, John and the rest of the staff are great, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I went to this car wash just over a week ago. I asked if I could drive through With a roof rack and they said of course. I drove through and it lifted my cargo box off of my roof rack and ripped off my front crossbar. They said corporate will contact me. No one has contacted me. I’m having to file a claim and pay a deductible out-of-pocket. Do not do business with this place. You have replied for me to call you at a number that only directs me to an operator.
