I've been taking process painting classes with Wild & Free Painting throughout the past four years and I cannot say enough about the overall experience as well as about Elissa and the beautiful community she's been building. Art therapy is exactly what I needed to help me move through lots of grief and break through blockages, all while connecting with some wonderful women. It's been a safe, sacred space and I am forever grateful.

I've taken Elissa's process painting group twice now, and it is a life changing experience! It's a totally different, out of the box way of painting that leads to self discovery and creative expression. Elissa does a fantastic job of guiding individuals within a group in a judgement free way that allows people to connect with their intuition and creative flow. I was skeptical about how this group process would work via an online platform, and was happily surprised. I cannot wait to take more of Elissa's workshops!

Where to begin?! I signed up for this class to reconnect with a lost passion & have already received so much more. It took a little while to work through self criticism and doubt. With Elissa’s guidance the roadblocks all turned into self reflective steps forward. I began to feel the innocent joy of creating again; the way different bushes glided across the paper, the way colors mixed and layered and allowing myself to be messy/wild & free.
