Wild Acres was referred to me through the services of a specialized, private pay agency. Wild Acres Waverly in Belmont was nothing like was described to me and my daughter. Her profile was nothing like the other few residents and no mention was made that this is a "sober house," where residents are in recovery from some type of addiction. I was at Wild Acres for a little less than a year, and so I decided to offer my thoughts on my experience and the positives and negatives of the program. I’ll start off by saying that there is a lot of inconsistency at Wild Acres. For example, within the staff.
