The absolute BEST flower shop in the city and the only one I’ll go to for every occasion!
I’ve been into the shop on multiple occasions and the service was consistently awful. Fortunately for me, there are many other places to go for beautiful flowers.
I am so disappointed in the large table centre piece I ordered for a family meal after a funeral. The request was for an elegant arrangement of mostly white or pale coloured flowers, with no yellow flowers except for sunflowers. I provided a very healthy budget of $300. What I received was a hot mess of contrasting pastel and hot coloured flowers. Competing focal points and some totally dead flowers. There is no semblance to the arrangement. I went in for wedding flowers and the lady nearly jumped down my throat saying “ you needed a wedding consultation!” Then said how I needed to pay a minimum of $200 for the bride bouquet. I went to Kensington where they were very nice and explained the cost and tried to keep my costs low. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like dirt!
Recently had two bouquets made and they were beautiful!! They created them exactly as I wanted , with only a vague description by myself. The flowers were very fresh, stayed vibrant and beautiful for at least two weeks. They also stayed within my budget and had a wonderful selection. Definitely will be my go to’ florist
