I received a beautiful hand tied bouquet from Wild about Flowers, which died within 4 days. When I contacted the store I was not offered an apology. Instead I was asked many questions on what vase I put them in , did I cut the stems? was my house to hot!! Basically it was my fault a very expensive bouquet had died in 4 days I was told to bring the bouquet back and they would replace the flowers that died . Again , I was not offered an apology and given replacement flowers that I had to ask to be re hand tied into my original... read more
