They break the law by not providing title within 30 days, then after you tell them youre filing a complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Revenue Auto Dealer division they magically get the title in less than 24 hours. Too bad its been well past 30 days; the complaint has been filed. You will not be treated with respect and in fact the general manager will interrupt you, treat you like an idiot and be very condescending to you. Today my service advisor was Alex. Alex was incredibly kind, personable and knowledgeable. He got me into a loaner without a lot of wasted time and had me back on my way to work quickly. This has not been my experience in the past. Alex provided a status update call and also rode with me in the vehicle to make sure I was 110% satisfied with the repair. He was wonderful to work with
