Wilcox recently replaced my aging roof. Everything was done perfectly. The crew was very professional and all the work was done within one day. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the work done and we found their price to be quite fair. We had a question about several cosmetic issues and Jairo sent one of his men over the next day to take care of those issues. Great service. We highly recommend them.
In 2017 they charged $7000 for roof replacement, of only about 1200 ft.² surface area covering our house. The other 450 ft.², my sister told me, at the time, one of the roofers said, it wasn’t necessary to replace that. My best friend had her 1800 square-foot home roof replaced for $6000. What a rip off. If the manager can call me, I would appreciate that. I am somewhat furious, as in March 2024, our ceiling collapsed, on that side of the house that occupied 450 ft.²,. Wilcox roofing is experienced, arrives on time and cleans up everything. They absolutely returned all phone calls. The owner pays attention to details and the result is a beautiful new roof. My friend recommended them and I also recommend them.
