Horrible horrible person. She keeps saying she is busy with personal issues and to call her back. She then states that it is after hours when it's 5:01 on a Monday and to call her back. She took all of my information and said she would be more than happy to assist us in a house. Absolutely horrible. I need to find a house for me and my children not worrying about chasing around some who has false promises and never calls back.

She left an apartment winterized and never inspected it. Then she moved us in right away and almost everything was broken. The stove, sink, toilet, outlets, locks, and others were all broken. Her maintenance crew was supposed to call on a Monday and never did until I kept calling. I finally got a call on Thursday. They refused to fix my locks after 2 weeks of saying they would. That was the last straw for me and why I'm reading 1 star. I feel bad for the owner of the property because there was no for rent sign and not advert... read more

Carrol is very horrible to deal with. She promised us a home and then called and said "good luck" wasted so much time with her only to see her true colors. Time and money wasted!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from Carol Wilcox. She is very unprofessional and can not answer any questions. She trys to scam you for low life tenants. Sure she says they do back ground checks etc... but her only concern is your cash. She hung the phone up on us and would not return calls after she recieved our check. She likes to arguw with you and even call you names. she was fired by us and others.

Go to another agent, Carol is horrible. Let our house set for weeks unrented, refused to retuen calls after she took money. Get a Lawer if you plan to use Wilcox.
