He replaced my hot water heater it kept going out still due to a factory issue he ordered a new part it was the incorrect part. I called, left messages and I didn’t receive a reply for weeks it didn’t really seem like a priority to him since he already got paid. I realize people get busy but he just completely forgot and never got back to me about the situation at all I finally have hot water now though over a month later so that’s nice not like it’s winter or anything.
