I do want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew (Chuck) in particular for expediting my request to fix my air conditioning. Thank God I wasn't at a end unit because the heat in the apartment would have been a lot brutal. I'm not cool as a cucumber. :o)
This place is awesome to live in! We moved in almost 2 months ago to the date and it has been really peaceful. If you work in Cleveland and want to be close to everything, like shopping, I-271, this is the best place to be. It is quiet. The street in the community and grounds are very clean. The neighbors are friendly and take care of their triplexes with great care with flowers in pots. You can see the renters take pride in the unit, as if they owned it. Peaceful Quiet clean 55 and up minus 20 % lol
My Husband and I moved in Feb.2023. We love it here at Wilcox. We feel safe and comfortable.Nicolle our Property Mgr. is great, she personable and very good at her job. The property is taken care of , repairs are done in a timely manner. Nicolle always has time for her residents and, listens. Simply… she cares about her tenants, she makes this a community, a home.. not just a place to live. I feel that we made a great choice.
