Carrie and SJ worked together like a true tag team to get me in for a tour, help me apply, and get everything ready for an out of state move-in (which is stressful enough) My first point of contact was Carrie. I do want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew (Chuck) in particular for expediting my request to fix my air conditioning. Thank God I wasn't at a end unit because the heat in the apartment would have been a lot brutal. I'm not cool as a cucumber. :o)
This place is awesome to live in! We moved in almost 2 months ago to the date and it has been really peaceful. If you work in Cleveland and want to be close to everything, like shopping, I-271, this is the best place to be. It is quiet. The street in the community and grounds are very clean. The neighbors are friendly and take care of their triplexes with great care with flowers in pots. You can see the renters take pride in the unit, as if they owned it.
