My Husband and I moved in Feb.2023. We love it here at Wilcox. We feel safe and comfortable.Nicolle our Property Mgr. is great, she personable and very good at her job. The property is taken care of , repairs are done in a timely manner. Nicolle always has time for her residents and, listens. Simply… she cares about her tenants, she makes this a community, a home.. not just a place to live. I feel that we made a great choice.
We have been a residents at Wilcox for 3 years and we love it here! The property manager Nichole is always pleasant to deal with and helpful with anything we need. We would highly recommend living here to anyone.
Rent was increased over $120.00 after 1year. Was told it was a 55+ community, but Children and others not even 50 moved in. This info & the lack of management being available on site & at the Lyndhurst office is some of the many reasons I moved out. It's not about what I owe, this review has nothing to do with that! The point is that people have a right to know that this location has/had been publicizing that it's for 50+ and people are moving in there not being aware that the rent was increased over $100 which is why in Nov... read more
