Um, unless I'm lost, this shop isn't even here. They advertise they open at 9 and at 9:15 I found their location (no signage, even on their door) inside of an office building with insurance agents and lawyers but no flower shop. The suite number has no logo and the door was locked. 💁♂️
Don't think this actually exists. I made an online order for a friend's return from hospital, supposed to be next-day delivery. Almost a week later I get an email from someone at a company called "FTD" claiming they can't "transmit" the order.
CONSUMER ADVISORY - This lousy business advertises same day delivery but they don't deliver at all. They took my money but never delivered the flowers. I called a dozen times and no one picked up the phone. I emailed twice and no one responded. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company. Update - Flowers arrived -- 5 days later
Unfortunately I don't know about their quality. Because they leave early from the shop.
