My family member was not dressed properly, they did not take the time to give him a shave , tie sitting sideways , one arm up across him and the other to his side, suit looked as if he was dressed last minute and we weren’t able to view to give a response until the day of service. This was a horrible way to do anyone especially when this the last time you will see them. I would never offer any kinds words about their work. EVER !
I could not think of a better funeral home to have assigned to my son's farewell service. The proprietor Carolyn was everything I hoped a funeral director would be. She was extremely patient, very sympathetic and extremely understanding and helpful. She took charge of everything from the moment I walked through her doors.
