We recently completed on a house that Derek was selling with Wilcox. We sold with another local estate agent and if we had to do it again we’d 100% sell with Wilcox. Derek did everything our own estate agent didn’t and we couldn’t praise him highly enough. Derek was completely motivated from the offset with regard to how to market my property. He was enthusiastic and set to work straight away to get the property on the market.
