Extremely pleased with the service we received from Wilcox (again)! Our 19 year old AC went out recently, just as the weather was getting hot. Wilcox was able to send someone out to give us a quote on a new system and get that system installed in a very timely manner. Love Wilcox oil , been using them past 6 years at our town house . They are very fast with delivery . The prices are fair for the area . The past 6 months my toddler has been obsessed with trucks and the drivers/delivery are always so nice when she’s waving at them and comes out to yell at the trucks . Great company to use ! Highly recommend to anyone
Greg was thorough, spotted and repaired a small water leak on a relief valve, and he was efficient and neat. He worked quickly and was courteous. Would love to have him service our system each year. He represents your company very well.
