We lost heat during the coldest week of the year. John and Mike from Wilcox were outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional, and expert in every way. We very much appreciate their response to our situation. They worked quickly and efficiently to restore our heat and hot water.
Wilcox did an exceptional job installing a new boiler and water heater for me. All the guys were friendly, courteous and professional throughout the install - which went very smoothly and quick. I’m so pleased with their work, which included a very tidy install, and a work area left cleaner than when they started. Very nice job 👍👍👍
Wilcox Energy installed a new oil tank and the crew did a phenomenal job within two hours. They arrived early and were very polite and astute about keeping everything orderly and completed to our satisfaction. The team worked very efficiently and well together and ensured that any questions were addressed. We are very appreciative of the excellent work and of the quality service Wilcox always has provided.
We had a great experience with Wilcox Energy installing our new HVAC system. John the project manager explained everything well and answered all our questions. The installing team (Avery & Matt) were punctual, clean, and very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Five stars! Our new system works great and they explained all the features. Highly recommend!
Kurtis came to service my furnace which is older and probably nearing the end of its life. I had a ton of questions for him and he happily answered all of them. He was efficient and he explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. Happily the furnace got to clean bill of health. I highly recommend him and Wilcox Energy!
