My take on Jarret based on his successful visit to us today: He is a prompt, well-informed professional with a friendly manner. He solved our heat pump issue in a methodical way in under a half hour. He took the extra step to locate the outdoor wiring on the side of our heat pump to a more protected area within the heat pump enclosure and closed and secured our basement Bendix doors as well.
I have a service contract to have my hot water heater, ACs and heating system checked out annually. Today was my day. I received a call this morning saying that my technician had completed his previous job early and wanted to know if it was alright if he came by early to do mine. Excellent experience with Wilcox Energy! Had existing 1st floor AC replaced & new 2nd floor Split unit installed. A big job on a blazing hot day. The 4 men working all day could not have been more professional. Very pleasant & courteous. Left no mess inside or outside of the house. Wilcox Energy has always been very quick to respond & come out for a service call anytime we need them. The new units are fantastic! Working perfectly! Now we can enjoy our beach home again. Wilcox Energy provided a very thorough fall maintenance check of our oil furnace and gas furnace, including filter changes, and cleaning parts as required. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable. We will see them in the spring for summer equipment maintenance.
