Jared and the rest of the team at Wilcox did a lot of really high quality work at my house. Converted to propane with a new furnace and on demand hit water heater. Professional and timely. Cleaned up well. Everything is working great. Had the best reviews and now I can see why. Just a bunch of nice guys who hooked me up for a reasonable price. Highly recommended and I’ll be using them for propane/servicing going forward
We have been with Wilcox for 20+ years because they are the best !! Their team just installed a propane gas log in our fireplace. They were great. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. They also did all of the work for our propane pool heater. Everything was well planned, well executed and completed on schedule. We highly recommend them
Kurtis came out on a Sunday evening to fix our boiler. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had our heat running smoothly in no time. Highly recommend his service for any heating emergencies.
My take on Jarret based on his successful visit to us today: He is a prompt, well-informed professional with a friendly manner. He solved our heat pump issue in a methodical way in under a half hour. He took the extra step to locate the outdoor wiring on the side of our heat pump to a more protected area within the heat pump enclosure and closed and secured our basement Bendix doors as well.
As usual, dealing with Wilcox Energy was a great experience. Roger was early, and the work was completely quickly. It is always been a pleasure working with them.
