The Wilcox service team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They spotted and replaced corroded parts, cleaned out the burner and got my older furnace ready for another New England winter. Great service.

We have been a Wilcox customer for 10+ years. Their customer service and responsiveness is always amazing and consistently great with all the staff we've had the pleasure to work with over the years. This goes for the technicians and the office staff! Had a recent service of our air conditioning unit yesterday and the technician, Peyton Burger, was super professional, friendly, and did a thorough job! Thank you Peyton and Wilcox!
