Cannot say enough good things about Steve! We were having electricity problems and he showed up the same day to help us out. He figured out the solution quickly, gave us a full report on what was going on and how to fix it, and was just great to work with the whole way through. So grateful to him. Definitely recommend!

The whole process from start to finish was smooth - the scheduler on the phone was very helpful and the electrician David Smith came within the window scheduled and got the job done efficiently and effectively. Everything got fixed, communication was smoothe so I understood the issue, and there were no surprise charges - pricing was very reasonable. Just had an excellent experience with Wilcox Electric from start to finish. David called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He quickly replaced the dining room chandelier and, when the dimmer switch went bad, installed a new one. He also replaced a ceiling fan. Very pleased with professional service and will use Wilcox again for future electrical work.
