David S was out here 5 days ago to remove and replace a ceiling fan for me and a wall remote. He was on time, professional, and very pleasant. Most importantly, knew his stuff and was very patient. Turns out the receiver and wall remote I purchased would not work with the new fan I brought. It turns out the info on the fan was inaccurate. David S. reinstalled a new Ring backyard camera device at our home. He arrived on time, was very professional, personable and has a great sense of humor. Dave worked very efficiently and had the new device up and running on the network in short order. We have been using Wilcox Electric since their founding in 1989 and have had no problems with their work or services performed. Highly recommend them in the Washington, DC DMV area.
I reached out to Wilcox Electric to get an EV charger installed. Steve assessed the circuit breaker and was very straightforward with what I needed. The booking process/customer service communications leading up to the day of installation exceeded expectations. His team installed a sub panel (since my circuit breaker was full) in addition to the EV charger. The work performed was efficient and they installed both in 3.5 hours. I am very pleased with the outcome and definitely recommend them for your electrical needs.
Steve was amazing!!! I can’t recommend him enough and will be asking our landlord to use them for everything going forward. Unfortunately as a young woman, i’ve frequently walked away from many maintenance interactions feeling disrespected and defeated.
