I worked for Wilcox as a carpenter, if you are considering Wilcox for employment, I don’t recommend wasting your time. Their accounting is very tricky. The week begins Tuesday, and ends on a Wednesday, so if you work 8 hours of overtime on a Saturday , as an example, they won’t pay you overtime. Not certain how that’s legal, but they manage to do it, I’m owed money for per diem and wasn’t paid for it, and I was hired under the agreement that I would receive a clean lay off when I was ready to go home , my superintendent mark... read more
