The Community at Phillip's Farm is stunning! I recently was hired as a vendor for an event with their residents and was so incredibly impressed! Not only was the facility easy to access, spacious and very well designed, the management team and Resident Experience Manager Alexandra, was wonderful to work with! I would not only be honored to work with them again but will also be passing this community info to friends and family who are looking to move! Highly recommend checking them out!

We had the pleasure of partnering on a St. Patrick's Day residents event and it was so clear from the very beginning how much care goes into everything this management team does! The residents seem to have really awesome amenities/perks and working with their Resident Experience Manager, Alexandra, was a breeze. Why didn't places like this exist when I was a renter?! Such a cool community! Thank you for having Tenacious Spaces!

I absolutely love my community and the neighborhood. It is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and the staff is amazing. There is one problem -- Pioneer Energy Management. We are forced to get electric and water sub metered from a third party provider, and the prices are horrible. The bills are not transparent, no matter what they will tell you. Everyone with Wilcox will offer tips to lower your bills, but these do not work. I keep my 1400 sq ft townhome at 65-67 degrees at all times, and I am usually still freezing. How does tha... read more

I've lived in a Wilcox community for over a year now. While the community itself is amazing, there is one huge downfall: Wilcox's continued partnership with Pioneer Energy Management (PEM). If you rent from Wilcox, please be prepared for winter utility bills exceeding $500 a month. Or, if you follow the guidelines regurgitated by Wilcox from PEM, and turn your heat down 10 degrees every night and take short showers, you may be lucky to get it around $400. My neighbor has duct taped the window seams and has blankets and towel... read more

Living at Sara Crossing, a Wilcox community in Powell, we are subject to obscene electric costs because of Wilcox' agreements with PEM. Wilcox has outsourced "maintenance" of their meters and let their residents foot the bill. Our first month's bill here for January, with consideration of the many days under zero, was $650+, for simply running the heat between 62 and 68 degrees. As if we were running a small landromat -- though we didn't even have a washer/dryer in the unit for 2/3 of the billing window. Someone enjoying 10,... read more
