Garbage company! Won’t return calls, emails or messages from tenants! Won’t mow, trim or edge the grass. If they do, they will break whatever patio furniture you have out and you will have to pay for it yourself. Your trash and recycling is a 50/50 game. Maybe they’ll pick up both? Maybe just one? Maybe neither? This places grounds look terrible bc it’s overgrown, not edged or trimmed and there’s peoples trash and recycling everywhere bc they aren’t enforced to actually do their jobs. I had the pleasure of working with Wilcox Communities for a company outing and they were an absolute delight. All of my interactions with the company were professional; communication was great. We hope to welcome their team back to our facility sometime in the future!
The Community at Phillip's Farm is stunning! I recently was hired as a vendor for an event with their residents and was so incredibly impressed! Not only was the facility easy to access, spacious and very well designed, the management team and Resident Experience Manager Alexandra, was wonderful to work with! I would not only be honored to work with them again but will also be passing this community info to friends and family who are looking to move! Highly recommend checking them out!
We had the pleasure of partnering on a St. Patrick's Day residents event and it was so clear from the very beginning how much care goes into everything this management team does! The residents seem to have really awesome amenities/perks and working with their Resident Experience Manager, Alexandra, was a breeze. Why didn't places like this exist when I was a renter?! Such a cool community! Thank you for having Tenacious Spaces!
