Wilcox communities will not communicate with you about cancer-causing harm that they have in their properties they have purchased the James residence on farmland which had radon when they initially built the properties they were supposed to input the radon system detectors that would help people from not getting cancer they did not do that. The new Wilcox Communities, The Residence at Lucy Ridge is a beautiful new property. Their community center is the perfect place to relax with neighbors or host a family gathering. We had the pleasure to being a part of their open house and meeting some of the wonderful residence to this community, as their enjoyed our delicious Konfetti Carts ice cream. We had the pleasure of joining in the festivities of the Grand Opening of The Residences at Lucy Ridge. The event itself was amazing with every detail well planned out from the decor, the mobile bar provided by Alco-Haul, creating your own bouquet, the charcuterie samplers, the overall vibe and so much more. Trying to figure out why Lucy ridge honored Mothers on Mother’s Day but not honoring fathers on Father’s Day ????? Could someone make this make sense to me or do you guys not care about men ?
Working with Wilcox Communities was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was clear, timely, and made everything seamless. We truly enjoyed the entire process and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. Highly recommend!
