As a PR1 customer, there was an initial misunderstanding regarding my previous rating of 1. However, this is now in the past. I received excellent service from both the offer manager and one of the technicians. The office manager and the other technician were also professional, polite, and courteous, and they ensured the service was handled well. I'm very happy that everything was ironed out and back on track. Looking to working with them again in 2026.

I'm a PR1 customer (paid up front) for past 5 yrs, someone was supposed to come over yesterday to do last service and turn off the system, left voice message and text message. No one attempted to return my call or too text me back. When they do come to do the service that was already paid, I'll never signup for the service again.

I had irrigation installed by Wilcox Brothers Sep 4. At the end of the day the technician was unable to get the Rainbird app working. "Someone will get back to help". No contact.... Sep 29 - City inspection. Oct 6 -Irrigation meter installed. Oct 7- I installed the Rainbird 2.0 app myself but was unable to get the system working. October 8- Contacted Wilcox brothers. Next appointment to troubleshoot is October 28, but was put on a waiting list if any earlier appts available. Thus far I have had two neighbors inquire about my... read more

Ryan and his assistant came out to repair a leak and also provide an evaluation of our current system. Ryan did an excellent job and provided some excellent recommendations. He’s very knowledgeable and an asset to their company. I would highly recommend the evaluation.
