The customer service has much to be desired. Two different people gave my daughter wrong information. One person did not shut up enough to listen. She asked my daughter a question and as soon as my daughter went to answer, she started talking. I tried talking and she cut me off several times. Then took what I said personal when I was simply trying to give her more information to take to the people she needed to talk to. She was combative and aggressive.
