Ordered a Hemocue 201. Customer service at Wilburn misspelled the address. Called customer service at 4:55 pm (5 mins before closing) two days later to discuss order - I was concerned as it had not arrived - and was told they couldn’t talk because they were closing soon and I had to call back on Monday (despite 5 minutes left in the work day). Item shipped to wrong address and then returned to sender. Hemocue will now not ship the item to us, citing concerns about legitimacy. Wilburn is doing nothing to help. We’re out $500 ... read more
