Kids everywhere, dog poop everywhere, smells so badly of weed, drug dealers, loud, no parking, poor management that will barely respond to you, laundry room so dirty it cannot be used. We looked at our place before about a month before we moved in. They were to clean its shampoo the carpets, fix a few odd end things. Move in day comes. Not a finger had been lifted to clean it. It's really hard to describe in words just how great the remodeled apartments are in this complex. The kitchen, with its new appliances and amenities, just leave me speechless (I'm a huge cook so cooking here has been amazing). The bedroom is upstairs, away from the kitchen and living room, leaving me very secure whenever I host dinner parties at this apartment. The fact that it's centered nearby the shopping center and school makes this apartment complex a great place to live. Highly recommend!
Great apartment complex in Northridge. The condition of the apartments here truly surprised me and the fact that this complex is located nearby CSUN and the Fashion Center puts it over the top for me. I truly suggest getting an apt. here if you're looking for a new home with the entire package!
These apartments are so clean and beautiful in terms of structure. I am so glad that they are nearby CSUN too. I recommend this apartment complex if you want to live in comfort while studying hard for school.
