WOW i read all of the reviews about this company and im stunned and its hard to believe Jim has a bad review. I had 3 local AC companies come out to price out a new AC for a 2400 sq ft home. Im not here to bash any others but Wilbur & Son pricing was 2100 on one cheaper and 3000.00 on the other using the same equipment. They were prompt and i have nothing but gratitude to Jim the owner for having done a great job at a great price as well.

We are very dissatisfied with the customer service. The price was great, however, no follow up when we complained the unit, new last summer, wasn’t cooling. We ended up going with another company so they could fix what wasn’t done properly to begin with.
He does a great job at reasonable prices. Makes good product recommendations.
