I’ve been doing business with this repair shop for several years. Four cars in our family. We went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago and were told that we needed a brake job. When we pulled out of the shop, something didn’t sound right, but I assumed that it was just due to the new brakes. (We picked up the car after hours.) went there to get a tire repair told it be a 3 hours wait when there only 1 vehicle in bay on tire side. the guy Dan was a rude jerk.
on 10/2/2016 I had a 1pm appointment to get an oil change and 4 tires replaced on my 2011 Subaru Forester. I got to the shop a little earlier then my appointment hoping to get it done sooner.they took care of the oil change right away,then my car sat in the parking lot for about a half hour waiting for the tires to be replaced while other customers came and went getting service done.2 1/2 hours later my car was finally done.
