Very displeased with attitudes at Baystate wing center in Wilbraham/ Boston rd. I'm n severe physical back pain and right from the beginning they started implying I was coming to play the pain pill game!! Unfortunately they should have addressed that issue years ago..I'm a professional in the field of addiction and recover ," I get it"! But this now affects those who really need pain medication! The staff really made me very uncomfortable , border line bias and prejudice!
