I rented from Wilbourne realty for about 12 years, very reasonable price, however when my AC unit was broken about 5-7 summers in a row they only repaired it instead of replacing the unit. In which most cases I was without air conditioning for a day and one time 4 days while they ordered a part. It was so hot, and I felt that was very unprofessional!!
Built cheap
Wilbourne Realty and Construction built my house 20 years ago and it's still in great shape. Having them build my house is one of the smartest decisions I've ever made! I still contact them if I need any assistance with repairs and they are always so helpful. Wonderful family business!
