John was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and effectively fixed the current garage door issue. In a non-pressured manner, he pointed out the long-term issues and gave some solutions to think about. Wilbert & Son Garage Door Repair is an amazing garage door company, 5 star service.

According to the second, third, and fourth person(s) i talked to, the first man i spoke to is unavailable—theyre all working from home (hmm—garage…); there is no wilbert, there is no son (per lady on phone/next day) First guy: I called for service. Nice gentleman asked for address, contact info, told me about a special service offer—that i mentally noted as nice$ (Me=Multiple rental properties—none in this area, let me hire someone local) And scheduled a visit. We use Wilbert & Son Garage Door Repair to maintain our three garage doors. They do excellent work, and the doors operate much better after their visits. The technicians are professional, polite, and communicate very well. They are very good at explaining what they will do, why they are doing it, and how long it will take. I was surprised how efficient they are and taking less time than I would have guessed. The best thing is they did not up sell for other work. Exceptional service! Wilbert was very professional and thorough and was able to fix exactly what I called in for plus more in less than 45 minutes! Also, paid way less than I was expecting which was a major plus! Overall great customer service! I highly recommend them.

The technician from Wilbert & Son Garage Door Repair was very friendly and responsive. After balancing our door and determining our garage door opener was not strong enough to lift the door, he offered to remove the unit and replace it with a stronger one for a great price. He was able to make the fix in less than an hour. We enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend any type of issues with your garage door.
