I would give a ZERO if I could. Erin in "measuring" has to be the rudest, most disrespectful customer service rep I have ever spoken with. Not only did she tell my husband all the things THEY COULDN'T DO when they came to measure, she couldn't have cared less when I called to cancel the appointment. Ownership must be ABSENT, RETIRED or COMPLETELY INCAPACITATED to allow this type of person to be the first impression of their company. READ THE REVIEWS AND LISTEN TO THEM - TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Overall good experience. Used these guys for counters through Lowes. My only gripe is they did a lot of pieces creating a lot of seams. We will see how things do in the long term. But I’m terms of scheduling, template, and install I have no complaints. Edit: When speaking with other places the seams were normal. Customer service was great. I had one small spot by the sink where a seam didn’t have epoxy in a part of the seam. Asked them what I could buy to fill it and they instead sent someone out to correct it. No stars. Kitchen counter installation: Wilbedone workers failed to trim backsplash to fit despite being told it was 1/4" too long & side splashes were also too long: unable to install later as had been discussed with Wilbedone. They refused to return to trim splash pieces saying 'since the acc't was paid in full, it was considered done' even though installation was not completed. Within 4 months, the sink was moving - not secured to underside of counter. 1 wk after notifying Lowes installation services, still have no respon... read more
My wife and I are so excited about our new kitchen! The installer’s Terry and Trey did a wonderful job and are very professional about paying attention to detail with their work! Would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for new countertops! TOP NOTCH!!!
