Took my 8 month old into the er for extremely high fever, 105.6, back in April. Dr. Jones and the RN Tiffany were very attentive and worked very fast to help fight her fever. The Dr was in the room before we even had her on the bed. They were both incredible! Not only with caring for my baby girl but also with keeping me calm. I have had several bad experiences with one certain doctor in the er that doesn't take the time to actually care for his patients, but WGH made the right choice when they hired Dr. Jones!!!

Recently had an ER visit and testing done at Wgh and was so pleased with my experience! The ER staff was amazing, great nurses, Dr. Jones was wonderful, one of the most thorough doctors I've ever seen, asked a ton of questions and helped get to the bottom of things. He had great bedside manner which can sometimes be lacking in the ER. All my testing was done in a timely manner and my PCP received the result quickly. I was admitted sun nite, thumbs up dr jones, you are awesome, any other would have sent me to dallas to my renal transplant dr. But you said no, ill test you first, you did and my kidney was fine, i was just dehydrated, my heart was fine... Big ty to wgh, the staff were so polite.
Took my mom to the ER Dr. Jones was awesome. They were busy but he and his staff were very good . Dr. Lehman was amazing and very good with my mom . The facility has been remodeled the rooms are nice, the bathrooms were clean and staff great on the 3rd floor. I really liked staying in our home town for quality health care.
