I've never purchased a Wil-Ro product but if I need what they make they will be my first stop. I worked with the owner previously for a major machinery manufacturer and he was a respectable man. What I can say about his business, Wil-Ro, is this - If every company in America had the workplace culture that I see shown by Wil-Ro online then everyone would love their job and going to work! Having such a great business culture surely translates into a great product rolling out the door.
I bought a work truck with a Wil-Ro bed on it and had no keys to the tool boxes, called the guys at Wil-Ro and they hooked me up with a new set for no charge. Awesome customer service. Thanks for the help guys.
They sold me a toolbox for my truck bed. Not even 2 weeks later it was leaking water and had 2 inches+ water in the bottom and ruined all my items in there. They tightened the locks and said that’s all they can do. Let’s just hope that actually solves the problem smh
I had a bed made by wilro 4 years ago And it turned out great. I dropped off my truck and picked it up 2 trips. 1st trip to wilro to drop off my new truck I went over everything with salesman and I thought we were on same page because they have already built me the bed before (no pencil and paper).Week or so goes by and a different salesman calls and I could tell he didn’t know what was going on.
