Fabulous Customer Service! I took my 34 year old wedding ring in because the prongs felt sharp and I was concerned they might be ready to break. Mr. McNab looked at it and ended up saying that 2 prongs needed to be replaced and it would be ready the next week. I told him I was leaving for CA in a few days and hoped not to go without it. He called about an hour later and said he did the work & it was ready! Beautiful store/merchandise and great staff/customer service! Thank you!!
