Absolutely no customer service/warranty. We had our driveway paved in Sept 2024. In the spring we noticed some issues and sought advice/reassurance. Despite several emails, phone messages, fb messenger message since May 2025, Wilmac has totally ghosted me! Despite me advising them i'd be giving negative reviews on google and bbb, they still have not responded. I notice another review with similar issues has been made. Be diligent folks - not all is as it seems!

Had driveway paved by this company a year ago. Have issues with the surface being extremely soft resulting in gouging of the pavement as well as crumbling in many spots. 1 year warranty appears useless as they don’t answer phone or reply to voice messages or emails. Last few times I have called the mailbox is full so appears I’m not the only one trying to contact them without success
Got my driveway done by Wil-Mac, they were very knowledgeable and helped us come up with a design that looks good but is also cost effective
Did such a good job paving my driveway!! And 10/10customer service! Highly recommend
