The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Have been trying to contact them since OCTOBER 2024 when they installed termite bait stations. Finally in June 2025 David came out and gave me his personal work cell so I can get in easy contact with him. I am pretty sure he blocked me because I cannot get a hold of him anymore. You can't ever get ahold of anyone other than the national line (trust me, I have called every number, even "local" numbers, they all go to the same general line) and they can only put things "in your... read more
