Austin was very thorough, detailed - excellent service!
I had scheduled to have preventative termite treatment done at my home. The appointment that I made with the inspector got changed (without consulting me) by the local office (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin) to a time that wouldn't work. The time was sent via a “no reply” email. Noel is amazing. Does an excellent job and is perfect with communication and educating my staff and I on ways to make things safer and how to prevent any unwanted critters in the facility Its a nice change of pace having someone who really cares and shows passion for his job
Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and asked the tech to leave. It took 3 times after stating I was uncomfortable and needed him to leave for the tech to get out of my physical space. He then camped in my driveway for 10-15 minutes afterwards. Terminex had the nerve to bill me for the visit despite partial treatment and the very unsettling experience. Terminex technician, Riley, was great to work with while he sprayed my poolside back yard for ants/pests. He seemed very knowledgeable regarding the type of application he was putting down. Riley even got to meet Ace, my pet capuchin monkey.
