If I could give a minus 10 I would. I have had 3 no show appointments in a row. One issue after another. Since Terminix and Wil-Kil combined companies it has been a disaster. I was with them prior to the acquisition and service was good. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Find service elsewhere!
Terrible communication, tried repeatedly last fall to schedule a service as I was noticing an issue with bugs coming in the house. Multiple no call/no show. Tried to speak to a manager, was never able to despite being told to expect a call. Today no call/text to let me know they were on their way so I could prepare my son to let them in as I was at work. My facility repeatedly had issues with pests. Upon taking over our account, our tech, Joe Lalor was able to assess that there were several points of entry that previous techs had overlooked/ignored. Joe performed the exclusion work and within 2 follow up visits, we were pest free. We've stayed that way for 4+ years!
