Brian from Batzner came out. He was very personable and knowledgeable and in general a very nice human being. He was thorough in his examination of the house for ant entry points and did a good job spraying problem areas inside and out. As an aside, I almost didn’t use Batzner because of the person who manned the phones that day - rude and with hard core up selling.
